UPVC roofline and cladding manufacturer Kestrel is re-launching its website this month to include more products than ever before.
The new Kestrel website has been designed with more product information, guides and photography than ever, including the Kayflow rainwater and drainage range.
Simon Reynolds, sales and marketing director of the Kestrel brand, said: “Having analysed the way visitors use the Kestrel website, we know that our customers need product information quickly. One of the main aims of the website redesign was to improve the search facility.
“Now it takes just seconds to find products in the range that could otherwise mean scrolling through several web pages, flicking through catalogues or even make a call to customer services.”
Kestrel has continually modernised its online presence during the past 19 years and has seen visitor numbers grow significantly with the development of the internet.
The latest website has increased capacity to deal with high levels of traffic. It has also been designed to display on mobile devices, helping installers and specifiers to view products on the move.
“The new website is fresher, with more images and descriptions to offer installers, distributors and specifiers easier access to the information they need within seconds, wherever they are,” Simon added.
The new website is just part of a programme of investment at Kestrel, which has seen significant spend tooling, IT and staff training at the brand’s Scunthorpe headquarters.
The brand holds the BES6001 standard for responsible sourcing, has Kitemark KM 606759 and meets the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality standards.
The new Kestrel website will go live on August 20 at www.kbp.co.uk
