Kestrel fascia offers finishing touch for exclusive development

Kestrel’s K16 fascia board was the product of choice after developer Waterstone Homes Ltd, a member of the Jehu group, needed quality and low-maintenance Blackgrain products for a Cardiff development.

Palace Gardens, situated in one of the most desirable areas of the city on the borders of Llandaff and Pontcanna, offers Victorian-style houses with a modern twist. The three-storey houses have impressive vertical glass walling and vaulted ceilings.

The K16 fascia boards were supplied by PBM Cardiff, part of SIG Roofline, who has been working with Kestrel for more than 16 years.

Mark Benbow, PBM’s key accounts manager said: “This is an exclusive development therefore only products of the highest standard would fit the bill.

“I’ve worked very closely with Kestrel over the 15 years that I’ve been in the industry and I have great confidence in them. The products are always great quality, low maintenance and are available in a wide range of colours.”

Kestrel sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds added: “This is an exceptional housing development and we are delighted that our Blackgrain products fitted the bill so perfectly. At Kestrel we pride ourselves on being able to respond quickly to market trends. As a result, we are constantly evolving our product range to meet the changing needs of our customers.”

In response to customer demand, Kestrel has expanded the number of finishes available on popular products, with new colours for K16 square fascia boards (16mm), the 300mm PVC-U clip-lock hollow soffits and window board ranges, among others.

The products were unveiled in Kestrel’s latest product overview, which also introduced a number of new additions to the Kestrel range including new 2D finials, rafter covers, over-fascia vent and eaves protection and gutter brush protection systems.
