In a competitive market and with quality and price at the front of customers’ minds, Lancashire UPVC building products supplier Celplas relies on Kestrel.
Blackpool-based Celplas, which has been in business for 25 years has built its reputation by offering quality products that its customers can rely on.
Over the years, especially in the last decade, competition has increased with more companies getting into the UPVC roofline market across Lancashire. But it’s that focus on providing quality products that has kept the business competitive, as Celplas manager Paul Ashford explained.
“Quality is important for our customers and that’s where Kestrel products excel,” Paul said. “Our customers recognise the brand and know that they are good quality, whether its fascias and soffits, cladding or trims, the products are reliable and that makes the installer’s job easier.
“The products are backed by a good team of people who can be relied on to offer support when it’s needed,” Paul added.
Among the Kestrel products that Celplas sells, it’s perhaps no surprise that white fascias and soffits are the biggest sellers, but Paul noted that there is a growing demand for anthracite grey and black ash finishes, which offer a modern look.
To keep up with the changing demands of its customers and the market, Celplas keeps an eye on emerging trends and has diversified its product range to include decking and decorative panels.
“During the Covid pandemic, people started spending more time at home and wanted to spruce up their gardens, which created an increased demand for decking and that has continued,” Paul said.
“Even in a summer like this one, which hasn’t been the best, that demand for outdoor projects remains high and Dekboard allows installers to offer a more diverse range of services.
“Similarly, Zest decorative panels are an ideal opportunity to work on indoor projects when the weather isn’t ideal for roofline and rainwater installations,” Paul added
